Disputes or Errors:  Any customer wishing to dispute a charge (or in the event a user error has been made) should contact PayTrace® directly at 1-360-326-8162. The Compliance Team cannot accept, process, or resolve any dispute arising from the use of this pay option.

Acceptable Cards:  At this time only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted using PayTrace®.

Making Payments over the Telephone:  Representatives at The Compliance Team can assist you when paying via the telephone. You must have all of the appropriate information for your credit card payment for it to be processed by our representatives. You will be given a confirmation number for your transaction.
