Two New Children’s International Medical Group Locations Awarded Rural Health Exemplary Provider® Accreditation
January 2017 – Rural health clinics (RHC) in Amite, Louisiana and Morton, Mississippi, operated by the Children’s International Medical Group (CIMG) of Slidell, Louisiana, have been awarded Exemplary Provider® accreditation status by The Compliance Team, Inc., the only Medicare approved healthcare accreditation organization that offers the Exemplary Provider award.
Exemplary Provider rural health accreditation is only conferred on providers that demonstrate 100% compliance to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) rigorous Conditions for Certification. The Compliance Team’s proprietary operations-driven, nationally recognized accreditation is a comprehensive, continuous quality improvement program that standardizes the provider’s policies and procedures, streamlines its operation and validates its quality. The rural health clinic accreditation is valid for a 3-year period.
